Strawberry Banana White Chocolate Chips Muffins

I got the recipe from pillsbury.com and changed it a bit to make it a little more applicable with the ingredients I had at the moment.
Serving: 12 muffins
Ingredients
2/3 cup organic light brown sugar
1/2 light butter
2 eggs
2 large ripe bananas
1 2/3 cups all-purpose whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas. Or liquefy them in the blender.
  3. Melt the butter completely.
  4. In a big bowl, well mix sugar, eggs, bananas and butter together.
  5. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture in (4.) until well mixed.
  6. Stir in strawberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the mixture.
  7. Line the muffin pan with butter or oil.
  8. Spoon mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
  9. Bake for 17-21 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Done!
Store left over in the fridge. If serve warm, heat in microwave for 20-25 seconds.
Enjoy!
